The basics
What ClientRadar is and how it scans is covered end to end in How ClientRadar works: it reads the feeds you already belong to from your own browser, scores each post for buying intent, and drafts a reply you approve before it sends.
Safety and ban risk
The honest version: no tool can promise your accounts will never be restricted, because platforms make their own rules. ClientRadar keeps the risk surface small — reading in your own session, never acting on its own, at a human pace. The full posture, including what actually gets accounts banned in 2026, is in Is ClientRadar safe to use?.
Plans, pricing and credits
The pricing page has the current plans and what each includes. How the AI allowance works — and what happens when you reach a cap — is in Free tier and AI credit caps. Payments are handled by Link, LLC as our merchant of record (the charge reads LINK.COM* on your statement); how buying, activation, refunds and cancellation work is in Billing and licensing.
Your data and privacy
Your leads and pipeline stay in your browser. The only personal data ClientRadar collects directly is an email you choose to give, on the basis of your consent, with an unsubscribe and deletion path — set out in full in the privacy policy. Support bundles carry settings and status only, never your leads.
